Beth Kinderman is a progressive filk-rock musician from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. With deep roots in the geek community, she writes complex, cerebral, and emotional music about myth, transformation, and video game characters who won’t sleep with you.

Together with her band, the Player Characters, she has recorded four full-length CDs and two EPs. Her newest release is The Hero’s Journey, a concept album inspired by the works of Joseph Campbell.

Logan Award nomination!

Beth’s song “#ThanksThanos” was nominated for a 2019 Logan Award for Outstanding Original Comedy Song! The nomination was easy to get since the field of potential nominees was only half as crowded as usual. ;) Congratulations to all the nominees and winners!
